We provide residential and commercial pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services in the Holly Springs, North Carolina area and surrounding communities. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our assessment of site conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, property conditions that could result in damage, or customer conduct that threatens the safety of our team.
All estimates provided are based on our assessment at the time of the quote and are subject to change if actual site conditions differ materially from what was described or observed. We will communicate any changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.
Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work, accessibility, severity of staining, square footage adjustments, and unforeseen site conditions including but not limited to hidden damage, hazardous materials, or structural concerns.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Accounts not paid within thirty (30) days of the service date are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by North Carolina law, whichever is less.
We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through all legally available means, and the Customer agrees to reimburse the Company for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or related to the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of property value, loss of use, or emotional distress, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
The Company shall not be held liable for damage to surfaces or materials that are pre-existing, defective, improperly installed, deteriorated, weathered beyond normal wear, or otherwise in a condition susceptible to damage from standard cleaning procedures. This includes but is not limited to loose or failing paint, cracked caulking, deteriorated wood, improperly sealed surfaces, failing mortar, damaged shingles, or siding that is past its serviceable life.
The Company is not responsible for items left in work areas including but not limited to furniture, decorations, plants, personal property, vehicles, or any objects not permanently affixed to the property. Customers are responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings prior to the scheduled service.
The Customer acknowledges that pressure washing and soft washing involve the use of water, cleaning solutions, and equipment operating at various pressures, and that there is an inherent risk of water intrusion, surface wear, and other effects. By authorizing services, the Customer assumes these inherent risks.
The Customer represents and warrants that they are the owner of the property or have authorization from the property owner to contract for cleaning services, and that they have disclosed all known conditions that could affect the safe and effective performance of services.
The Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to all areas where services are to be performed. The Customer is responsible for securing or relocating pets, identifying underground utilities or irrigation systems, ensuring all windows and doors are properly closed and sealed, and notifying us of any known hazards on the property.
The Company reserves the right to decline service or stop work at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe for our crew or equipment, without liability.
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control without penalty.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion. We will re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. This re-clean constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the quality of our work.
All services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the limited re-clean warranty stated above.
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the Customer's breach of these Terms; (b) the Customer's misrepresentation regarding property ownership or condition; (c) pre-existing property conditions; or (d) third-party claims arising from the Customer's use of or reliance on our services.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
